“You were not just born to center your entire existence on work and labor. You were born to heal, to grow, to be of service to yourself and community, to practice, to experiment, to create, to have space, to dream, and to connect.”

The Day
Our expert guides will lead you through four sessions:
Session I: Arrive & Connect
Begin the day with a light breakfast, quiet conversation, and intentional connection in a calm, welcoming environment. This opening experience is designed to help guests slow down, settle into the space, and gently transition away from the pace of everyday life. Together, we will set the tone for a day centered on rest, reflection, and presence.
Session II: Breathe with Sherry Samuels
In this guided meditation and breathwork session, Sherry will lead participants through grounding practices designed to calm the nervous system, quiet mental noise, and create space for stillness. Through intentional breathing and meditation, guests will be invited to reconnect with themselves and return to the present moment with greater clarity and ease.
Session III: Reflect with Faye McCray
This guided journaling session offers space to pause and listen inward. Through thoughtful prompts and quiet reflection, participants will explore what they may need to release, reclaim, or make space for in this season of life. The session is designed to encourage honesty, intention, and deeper connection with self.
Session IV: Wander & Reconnect
Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Howard County Conservancy, guests will close the retreat with intentional nature walks designed to support restoration and reflection. This experience invites participants to move slowly, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves away from screens, schedules, and constant demands.
Catered breakfast and light refreshments will be provided.
